Support workers who fit your work week, not the other way around.

Not sure yet? See all support workers

Find, book and manage your own team of verified support workers — for work, home, daily living and getting out into your community. You choose who, when and how. We handle the rest.

Is the NDIA managing your plan? You can book here. The Care Web is run by a registered NDIS provider, so NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants are all welcome — and if your worker can't make a shift, we find cover or tell you by 7am.

What we support

Seven kinds of support. One trusted team.

We focus on the everyday supports that make the biggest difference — funded under six NDIS registration groups.

How it works

Up and running in three easy steps

1

Tell us about you

Create your free profile in minutes — the supports you're after, your interests, and what a great match looks like for you. Before your first visit you'll also add your NDIS plan and answer some questions about your support.

2

Choose your people

Browse verified profiles, post a job, or let us shortlist. Message and meet before you ever book a shift.

3

Book, relax, repeat

Book online or in the app. We take care of payroll, invoicing, super, insurance and NDIS claiming — automatically.

Fair & transparent

Every rate, clearly shown. Nothing hidden.

Most platforms bury their numbers. We publish everything — what you pay, your worker's total pay including super, and exactly where the rest goes.

  • Never above the NDIA's published maximum prices — and we never ask for a top-up. A booking can be paid from NDIS funding where the support is in your plan and meets the claiming requirements.
  • Workers keep more — 72.5% of every hour goes to your worker on day one, including super, rising to 76.5% as they stay.
  • $0 to join, no subscriptions — you only ever pay for support you book.

Seven kinds of support, built around you

We deliberately focus on the everyday supports that make the biggest difference — delivered by workers you choose, funded under six NDIS registration groups.

Not sure which category fits?

You don't need to know your line items by heart — that's our job. Tell us what a great week looks like for you, and we'll map it to the right supports in your plan and confirm everything in writing before your first booking.

0102 · Assist Access/Maintain Employ

Support to find a job — and keep loving it

Meaningful work changes everything. Our workers back you through every step: exploring what you want to do, landing the role, and building the skills and routines to thrive in it.

A man smiles up from his wheelchair at his support worker as she shares an open book with him at his desk, laptop open in a sunlit home office
  • 01Explore roles
  • 02Build a résumé
  • 03Practise for work

What this support can include

  • Working out your strengths, interests and job goals
  • Writing résumés, applications and practising interviews
  • Travel training for your commute
  • On-the-job support while you settle in and learn tasks
  • Building workplace routines, timekeeping and stamina
  • Support to communicate with your employer about adjustments
  • Keeping things on track when work gets wobbly
  • Support in ADEs, open employment or self-employment

What a typical shift looks like

Tuesday, 8:30am: your worker meets you at home, runs through the morning checklist, travels with you to work, and stays for the first two hours while you open up the café — prompting where needed, stepping back where not. Over the term, their support fades as your independence grows. That's the goal.

0107 · Assist-Personal Activities

Personal care, on your terms

The most personal support deserves the most trust. Choose workers you're comfortable with, brief them your way, and keep the same familiar faces — morning, evening or overnight.

  • 01Choose the routine
  • 02Prepare with dignity

First — where the line sits

The Care Web provides standard-intensity personal care.

If a high intensity daily personal activity is part of your day, that's a specialist support — we arrange it rather than turn you away. You get one team coordinating the week and a provider registered for the clinical part, working alongside each other.

What this support can include

  • Showering, bathing and personal hygiene
  • Dressing, grooming and getting ready for the day
  • Support at mealtimes, eating and drinking
  • Day-to-day medication management and reminders
  • Toileting and continence assistance, at standard intensity
  • Transfers and mobility around your home
  • Morning and evening routines
  • Overnight support — active or sleepover (inactive night care)
0108 · Assist-Travel/Transport

Wherever you're going, we'll get you there

Appointments, work, uni, the shops, the game. Ride with a checked and insured worker — or learn to make the trip independently, with support that fades as your confidence grows.

  • 01Vehicle arrives
  • 02Ramp lowers
  • 03Travel safely

What this support can include

  • Transport to and from appointments, therapy and school or work
  • Workers who drive their own insured vehicle
  • Support in your vehicle, taxis or rideshare
  • Public transport travel training — routes, Opal, timetables
  • Accompanied travel to events, family and community activities
  • Errand runs — shopping, pharmacy, post office
  • Wheelchair-accessible planning and door-to-door support
  • Building confidence for independent travel over time

Extra checks for driving

Workers who transport clients hold a current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, a valid licence, registration and comprehensive insurance — verified before their profile shows the "drives" badge.

0115/0138 · Daily Tasks/Shared Living

Everyday skills for a more independent life

Whether you live on your own, with family or in a shared home, our workers help you build the daily living skills that add up to real independence — at your pace, in your space.

Skills that stick

Our workers coach, not take over. Every plan starts with the skills you want — from mastering the washing machine to hosting your first dinner party — and tracks the wins along the way. Families and housemates can be part of the plan too.

0120 · Household Tasks

A home that works for you

When the housework piles up, everything feels harder. Get reliable help with cleaning, laundry and meals from workers who do it properly — and do it your way.

0125 · Participate Community

Your community, wide open

Sport, music, mates, faith, volunteering, a swim at the local pool — whatever connection looks like for you, our workers help you get out there and make it a regular thing.

Matched on what you love

Our matching starts with interests, not availability. Mad about anime, AFL, fishing or K-pop? Filter workers by shared interests so support time feels like time with a mate — because the best support usually does.

Overnight support

Inactive night care, and active nights

Two different things, with two different NDIS prices. A sleepover (inactive night care) is a worker asleep on the premises, there if something happens. An active overnight shift is a worker awake and working through the night. Book the one that matches the night you actually have.

Sleepover — inactive night care

One flat price for the night, whatever the day of the week: the NDIS sleepover limit. Your worker arrives in the evening, sleeps on the premises, and is there if you need them.

  • An eight-hour night (up to ten if the evening runs late), starting between 8pm and 1am.
  • Up to two hours of help during the night are included — getting up once or twice, repositioning, a bad dream, a walk to the bathroom.
  • If a night needs more than two hours of active support, the extra is charged by the hour at the night rate for that day, on its own line, and your worker records it when the shift ends. You see exactly what was charged and why.
  • Personal care and daily-living workers offer sleepovers; a worker's profile says so.

Active overnight

By the hour, at the night rate — for a night where the worker is up and working: turning, monitoring, medication at set times, someone who does not settle.

  • Booked like any other shift, two hours or more, at any time of night. Midnight to 6am is the weekday night rate; Saturday, Sunday and public-holiday nights carry their own rates.
  • Where a night is sometimes quiet and sometimes not, book the sleepover: the two included hours cover most nights, and the ones that run over are charged only for what was needed.

What your worker is paid

The sleepover is paid as a flat night at the worker's ladder share of the NDIS price — well above the award sleepover allowance — and any active hours beyond two are paid at their share of the night rate. Nobody is asked to be awake all night for a sleepover price: that is an active overnight shift, and it is booked and paid as one.

For support workers

Know a good support worker? Refer them.

The best workers are found by workers. Give someone you would want on your own roster your referral code; once they have completed 50 hours with The Care Web, you qualify for a $150 bonus eligible for payroll. No cap on how many.

How it works

  1. Sign in as a worker. Your personal code and link appear above and under My earnings.
  2. Send the link to fill in their referral code, or tell them the code to enter when they apply.
  3. They go through the same checks as everyone — screening, first aid, CPR, the interview, the induction — and start taking shifts.
  4. Their successful signup records the referral. Qualifying completed hours update the progress above; at the threshold the bonus becomes eligible for payroll. Payment is shown only after the office records it.

The fine print, short

  • Workers only. Participants are never offered anything for a referral — the NDIS Code of Conduct treats inducements to participants as a problem, and so do we.
  • The code has to be entered at sign-up; it cannot be added afterwards.
  • Only completed ordinary shifts count. Sleepovers, meet-and-greets, voided records and fee-only entries do not count.
  • You are not responsible for the person you refer; they stand on their own checks.

Where your money goes

Every dollar, accounted for

Of your $73.58 weekday hour:

  • $53.35 (72.5%) — your worker's pay and super on day one, rising to $56.29 (76.5%). Never below the SCHADS Award.
  • $10.60 — insurances, workers' comp, screening, training and compliance.
  • $9.73 — the platform, our support team, payroll and claiming.

Compare that with traditional agencies, where workers often see barely 55–60% of what you're charged.

Cancellations, plainly

Cancellation charges, where permitted, depend on the support item and current NDIS requirements. The rule applying to your booking is shown before confirmation and in your service agreement.

  • Plenty of notice: free — the exact window for your support item is shown before you confirm.
  • Short notice: the shift may be charged, in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements — and your worker is still paid.
  • We cancel on you? Never charged, and we start looking for cover straight away.

What's always included

  • All insurances for every booked shift
  • Verification, screening and training of workers
  • Automatic invoicing and NDIS claiming
  • Our support team, 7 days

Support work that supports you back

What you are paid, per hour, on each level of the ladder

Live from our rate table — the NDIS price for the hour, and your share of it. Superannuation is on top. A sleepover is a flat night.

Know a good support worker? Refer them and earn $150 once they have completed 50 hours. A worker programme — participants are never offered anything for a referral.

How referrals work

Be employed — not a gig contractor. Choose your clients and hours, get paid above award with super and full insurance, and build real relationships doing work that matters.

What you'll earn

Support worker pay — casual, employed, paid fortnightly · effective July 2026
When Starting incl. 12% super Top of the ladder incl. super Base rate excl. super, starting

Rates sit above the SCHADS Award for comparable classifications, and include the 12% superannuation guarantee — on weekdays the starting $53.35/hr is $47.63/hr cash plus $5.72 super. Sleepovers: you receive the SCHADS sleepover allowance, plus at least four hours of rostered work or pay immediately before or after the sleepover; any work performed during the sleepover is paid at the applicable overtime rate, with a minimum payment of one hour. (What the participant is billed — the NDIS per-night sleepover rate — is a separate calculation.) A per-kilometre vehicle allowance applies when you drive clients during shifts. The two columns above are the bottom and the top of the pay ladder — here's how you move between them.

The pay ladder

Your share goes up the longer you stay

You're paid a share of what the NDIS pays for the hour — not a rate we invented, and not what's left over after we've taken ours. That share starts at 72.5% and rises to 76.5% as your hours add up. Four rungs, the same for everyone, thresholds published right here.

Dollar figures are one weekday daytime hour including 12% superannuation. Every other rate — evenings, nights, Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays — moves by the same percentage, so the whole table above lifts with you.

Hours are counted over a rolling year

Not since you joined, and not since January — the twelve months behind you, recalculated every month. A break doesn't send you back to the start.

You move up straight away

Cross the line and the very next shift you accept is priced at the new share. Nobody has to nominate you and there's no review to wait for.

Moving down is slow, and you'll see it coming

You'd have to sit under the threshold for 90 days first. Then it's one rung, with 28 days' written notice, and never more than one rung in a 90-day period. There is no button in our system that lowers anyone's tier by hand.

The clock stops for leave

Parental leave, carer's leave, workers compensation, long-term illness — your hours are frozen where they are, not counted as zero. Breaking your wrist should not cost you your pay rate.

The Award is a floor under all of it

On a few supports the published maximum price is low enough that a percentage of it would fall under the SCHADS minimum for your classification. When that happens we pay the Award, not the share — and your payslip says which one you got.

Super, penalties and cover on top

Superannuation at 12% is included in every figure on this page. Evening, night, weekend and public holiday penalty rates are on top of your share, as is the per-kilometre allowance when you drive.

Why workers stay

Employed. Insured. In control.

  • Real employment — super, workers' comp, public liability and PAYG handled. No ABN juggling, no invoice chasing.
  • Choose your clients & hours — accept only the work that fits your life and interests.
  • See full pay upfront — every shift shows your exact earnings, penalties and super before you accept.
  • Free training & a real team — paid orientation, ongoing modules, and humans to call when a shift gets hard.

What you'll need to join

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (we'll guide you)
  • 100 points of ID and Australian work rights
  • First Aid & CPR certificate (in-person course)
  • Free NDIS Worker Orientation Module ("Quality, Safety and You")
  • Police check + insured car — only if you'll drive clients
  • Working With Children Check — only if you'll support under-18s
  • Two referees and a short video interview with our team

No formal qualifications required — experience, reliability and heart count most. Cert III/IV are a bonus and boost your profile.

Getting started

From application to first shift

1

Apply online

15 minutes: your experience, interests, availability and the services you want to offer. Upload documents as you go — we verify each one and tell you the moment it's confirmed.

2

Interview & orientation

A friendly video interview, reference checks, then paid online orientation covering safeguarding, boundaries and great support practice.

3

Go live & get booked

Your profile goes live to clients nearby. Apply for posted jobs, accept meet-and-greets, and build your regular roster.

Safety isn't a feature. It's the foundation.

Everything on The Care Web is built to the NDIS Practice Standards — from how we screen workers to how we respond at 3am when something isn't right.

Screened before they start

NDIS Worker Screening Check, 100 points of ID, work rights, references, and a live video interview with our onboarding team. Drivers add a police check and insurance; anyone supporting under-18s holds a WWCC.

Employees, fully insured

Workers are employed by us, and we manage payroll, superannuation, insurance, screening and workplace responsibilities — covered by workers' compensation, public liability and professional indemnity insurance on every shift.

Trained, and kept trained

Paid orientation covering safeguarding, boundaries, privacy and person-centred practice — plus ongoing modules (manual handling, mealtime safety, positive behaviour basics) tracked on every profile.

Incident support

If someone is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical help, call 000 first — our incident line is not an emergency service. Incidents are logged, managed and reported in line with the NDIS Commission's rules, and we follow every one through to resolution.

Safe ways to speak up

Easy feedback and complaints channels — in the app, by phone, or anonymously. Advocates welcome. Complaints never affect your access to support.

Your privacy, protected

Data encrypted in transit, with primary hosting in Australia (AWS Sydney) — and before launch we are verifying that every supporting system (backups, email, monitoring) meets the same bar. You control what's visible on your profile, and we never sell your information. Our privacy policy sets out how we work to the Privacy Act and the NDIS Practice Standards.

Extra safeguards if you live alone

When one worker regularly supports someone who lives alone, we follow additional safeguards set by the NDIS Commission — and we think they're just good practice. Before support starts we assess any risk factors with you and put a written service agreement in place. While support runs, a supervisor visits your home at an agreed frequency, and someone other than your worker checks in regularly to make sure you're happy with the type, quality and frequency of your support. Your feedback goes straight to our senior team.

Accessibility

Our accessibility commitments

Accessibility isn't an add-on for us — most of our community relies on it. This website is built to WCAG 2.2 AA and comes with tools to make it work your way.

  • Adjust it yourself — text size up to 150%, high contrast, an easier-to-read font, reduced motion and read-aloud, all in the Accessibility options panel at the top of every page.
  • Built-in good practice — full keyboard navigation, visible focus, skip links, screen-reader labels, plain language and strong colour contrast throughout.
  • Other formats on request — large print, Easy Read or translated versions of any of our documents. Just ask, and we'll arrange interpreters (including Auslan) for any conversation.
  • Tell us when we miss — accessibility feedback goes straight to the top of our fix list.

Try it now

Open Accessibility options in the bar at the very top of this page to set text size, contrast, font, motion and read-aloud. Your choices apply across the whole site and are remembered on your device.

Specialist supports

Eight supports need a provider registered for them specifically. If one of them is part of your day, we arrange it and work alongside the provider who delivers it — you don't get sent away and you don't end up managing two disconnected teams.

Which supports these are

The NDIS Practice Standards set out eight high intensity daily personal activities in Supplementary Module 1, registration group 0104. They are the supports where getting it wrong is a clinical event rather than a bad shift, so a provider has to be assessed against a separate standard for each one before it can deliver it.

SupportPractice StandardWho delivers it

What happens if you need one

1
You tell us

There's a question about it on the sign-up form, and the same list stays on your account page so you can change it whenever your needs change. Most people tick nothing on it.

2
We call you — before anything is booked

Usually within one business day. Not after a worker has already been rostered and is standing in your bathroom being asked to do something they can't.

3
We introduce you to a provider registered for it

You engage them directly, so your agreement is with the people actually delivering that support and your plan is charged by them for it. We don't take a margin on the introduction.

4
We keep the rest of your week

Personal care, daily tasks, household, community, transport, employment — all of it carries on with us, rostered around their visits rather than clashing with them. One roster, two providers, coordinated by us.

5
It goes on our register

Every request for a support we don't hold is recorded the moment it's made, with the date and what we did about it. That register is part of what our auditor looks at. It's also how we know whether we should be registering for a support ourselves.

Why we don't just say we do it

Because saying it would be the offence. Section 13C of the NDIS (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018 puts a condition on every 0104 registration:

the provider must not provide a support mentioned in Schedule 2 if the support is not set out in the provider's certificate of registration.

It's granted support by support, not as a single tick, and delivering one that isn't named on the certificate breaches a condition of registration rather than being a stretch of scope. From 1 January 2027 the platform conditions go further and make what a provider displays checkable in its own right. So a page claiming a support we don't hold wouldn't be optimistic marketing — it would be the thing the rule is written to catch. We'd rather tell you what we do and arrange the rest.

What we are registered for

Disability & Mental Health Care Pty Ltd, registered NDIS provider 4-LO5XNY0, ABN 19 658 578 575. Certificate current to 21 January 2029.

GroupRegistration group

If a specialist support is added to that certificate, this page changes on the day it happens and says which one and when. Nothing here is a promise about what we might do later.

How we check every worker

Nothing appears on a worker's profile until someone on our team has verified it themselves. Here's exactly what that means, and what happens when a check lapses.

The two checks we do for everyone

Every person who takes a booking through The Care Web holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, and we confirm the clearance itself with the screening unit rather than taking the card at face value. A card can still read 2029 after a clearance has been suspended, so the date on the document is not the thing we rely on.

We also check each worker against three separate banning orders registers — the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission's register, aged care banning orders made under the Aged Care Act 2024, and aged care orders made under the earlier Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018 before that Act commenced. All three are named in the conditions, and a clear answer on one says nothing about the other two. We check again on a rolling cycle rather than once at induction — because the registers change, and a check done two years ago tells you about two years ago. What we found on each, and roughly when we looked, is written on the worker's own profile.

What "verified" means on a profile

A credential shows on a profile only when a person on our team has looked at it and recorded how they satisfied themselves — whether they sighted the original, checked the number against the issuing register, or confirmed it with the issuer directly. That record is kept, and it is what an auditor sees.

If we haven't verified something, it isn't listed. There is no third state where a claim sits on a profile with a tick beside it because a worker typed it in. That was true of an earlier version of this site and it isn't any more.

1
Documents come in

A worker uploads their screening check, ID, training certificates and qualifications through their own account. Nothing they upload is visible to participants at this point.

2
We verify each one

Someone on our team checks the document and records how — sighted original, sighted copy, checked against the issuing register, or confirmed with the issuer — plus a reference and any note. Only then does it appear on the profile.

3
We confirm the clearance and check the registers

Separately from the document, we confirm the worker screening clearance with the screening unit, and check all three banning orders registers — NDIS, Aged Care Act 2024, and the earlier ACQSC Act. Every answer is recorded on its own, with its own date and source.

4
The profile goes live

A profile can only be approved once all of the above is in place. This can't be waived — not for a busy week, not for a worker we know well.

5
We keep watching

Expiry dates are tracked automatically and workers are reminded at 30 days, 7 days and on the day. Each banning orders re-check is chased before it falls due, register by register.

6
If something lapses, the profile comes down

An expired check, a suspended or revoked clearance, a banning order, or an overdue register check all withdraw the profile automatically — off search, unbookable, unmessageable. It comes back by itself once the problem is fixed.

Why we do it this way

From 1 January 2027, providers registered for 0137 NDIS Digital Platform Service carry conditions of registration set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission:

worker screening check requirements ensuring that only persons who hold a worker screening clearance may use the platform; and requirements to check and display certain information about persons providing supports on the platform, such as whether a banning order against a person is in force.

We read the first as a gate on using the platform, not a filing obligation — so an uncleared worker isn't hidden from search while still able to take a booking; they can't do either. And we read the second as it's written: check and display, worker by worker. Both are built into how The Care Web works rather than added on top of it.

Who employs your worker

Everyone you can book through The Care Web is employed and insured by Disability & Mental Health Care Pty Ltd, a registered NDIS provider — registration 4-LO5XNY0, ABN 19 658 578 575. That means award pay, superannuation, workers compensation and supervision sit with us, not with you.

Support should feel like it's on your side

The Care Web was started by people who'd lived both sides of the roster — participants tired of strangers at the door, and workers tired of being treated like line items.

Our story

Built from lived experience

We watched brilliant, funny, capable people reduced to "shifts to fill". We watched great workers burn out as contractors with no super, no cover and no say. And we watched families spend their evenings chasing invoices instead of living their lives.

So we built the platform we wished existed: one where participants choose their people, workers are employed properly, and the boring-but-critical stuff — screening, insurance, payroll, claiming — just happens in the background.

We deliberately do six things, not sixty. Employment support, personal care, transport, daily living, household tasks and community participation — the everyday supports that add up to an ordinary, extraordinary life. We'd rather be the best in the country at those than average at everything.

What we believe

  • Choice and control are non-negotiable. You pick your people, full stop.
  • Good support is a relationship, not a transaction.
  • Workers deserve real jobs — fair pay, super, insurance, respect.
  • Transparency builds trust. Our prices, pay and policies are public.
  • Accessibility is table stakes — in our supports and in our software.

Who we serve

NDIS participants of every age and plan type, their families and nominees, support coordinators building reliable teams — and the support workers who make it all real.

The company behind The Care Web

The Care Web is owned and operated by Disability & Mental Health Care Pty Ltd — a registered NDIS provider (Registration 4-LO5XNY0, ABN 19 658 578 575) based in NSW and registered to deliver supports throughout Australia. Same registered accountability, new way to book your supports.

For plan managers

Everything you need from a provider, without ringing anyone: the exact support item on every line, statements that open in your software, and never a dollar above the published maximums.

The invoice line, exactly

Every charged shift carries its published NDIS support item — 01_011_0107_1_1 and family — the hours, the rate band it was billed under, and the worker who delivered it. Cancellation lines are named as cancellations, with the notice given and the NDIA reason code captured at the moment of cancelling. The full claims table is public.

Statements your software opens

Participants (or you, with their say-so) can pull a CSV for any period — month, financial year, or custom dates — with a TOTAL row that sums in place and a Delivered column that answers audits. GST-free NDIS supports (s38-38), billed at the NDIA's 2026–27 published maximums, never above.

Access with their say-so, not a PDF chase

Your client invites you from People with access in their account, ticking exactly what you may see — most plan managers hold just “See invoices and statements”. You get your own sign-in, everything you do is recorded against your name, and they can end it any time without asking anyone.

A person, when you need one

Queries about a line item: hello@thecareweb.com.au — include the invoice number and we answer with the shift note attached, because the note is the proof the support happened. Transport labour claims under the 0125 set (0108 has no hourly labour items) — the calculator shows which item any shift claims.

Managing a plan for someone on The Care Web? Ask them to invite you — it takes them under a minute.

Talk to us

Refer a participant — answered within two business hours

Support coordinators, plan managers and LACs: one form, and someone from the office rings or emails you within two business hours (8am–6pm, Monday to Friday) with who we have available and what happens next. You get a reference number by email straight away.

No clinical detail here, please — first name and suburb are enough to start. We collect the rest with the participant's consent.

For families & carers

You want to know three things: who is coming to the house, whether they're properly checked, and what happened on the shift. Here is how The Care Web answers each — and how to help without taking over.

Who is coming, and how they're checked

Every worker is an employee — insured, superannuated, covered — with an NDIS Worker Screening Check confirmed with the screening unit, the banning-orders register checked, and every credential verified by a person on our team. The checks, step by step — and every profile shows exactly which ones that worker holds.

What happened on the shift

Every completed shift ends in a written note — what was done, how it went — that can never be edited afterwards, only added to. Timesheets are approved by your person (or whoever they nominate) before pay runs, with seven days to ask a question. Nothing is charged for a shift that didn't happen without saying so, in words, on the statement.

Helping without taking over

If your person wants help running the account, they can give it — from People with access they invite you and tick exactly which doors open: bookings, messages, documents, invoices, the plan. Everything you do is recorded where they can read it, and they can change their mind with one button. Their account stays theirs.

Starting gently

Browse real profiles together — filter by day, language, gender or shared interests. Message a worker, arrange a free meet and greet, and only book when it feels right. The calculator shows what any shift costs before anyone commits to anything.

Ready to look? No account needed to browse workers or price a shift.

Where The Care Web works

Available across Australia by design, with the deepest coverage where our worker pools are. An honest map beats a marketing one: here is where you'll find the most choice today.

Greater Sydney

Our deepest pool — strongest through the Sutherland Shire, Illawong and the south, with workers across Parramatta, Blacktown, Liverpool, Penrith, Bankstown, Campbelltown, Chatswood, Hornsby, Ryde and Newtown.

Workers in NSW

Melbourne

A growing pool across the inner and south-east suburbs. Every worker carries the same national screening and the same verification — the checks don't change at the border.

Workers in VIC

Brisbane

Newer, and growing with every approval round. If the right worker isn't listed yet, post what you need — workers apply to you, and new approvals land weekly.

Workers in QLD

Everywhere else

Available across Australia, and honest about depth: outside the three cities, choice is thinner today. Search your suburb to see who's near you now, or post a job — a post reaches workers a search can't.

Remote and very remote loadings follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Wherever you are, the published maximum prices, the checks and the record-keeping are identical.
